pcDNA/FL-RAGE plasmid (20 µg) [HM-310]
Plasmid pcDNA/FL-RAGE contains the cDNA that corresponds to full-length, membrane bound human RAGE (FL-RAGE). It expresses FL-RAGE when transiently transfected in mammalian cells. The full-length protein is cleaved by membrane proteases; the soluble cleaved protein (cRAGE) can be recovered from the culture supernatant.
The expressed proteins (FL-RAGE and cRAGE) contain no tags.
