pcDNA/esRAGE plasmid (20 µg) [HM-311]
Plasmid pcDNA/esRAGE contains the cDNA, deriving from alternative splicing of the primary transcript, that corresponds to the secreted isoform of human RAGE (esRAGE). It expresses esRAGE when transiently transfected in mammalian cells. The soluble secreted esRAGE can be recovered from the culture supernatant.
The expressed esRAGE protein contains no tags.
